Complaints

If you should have any complaint about the service you receive or a product which you have bought, please write to Chris Lloyd, My Continuum Wealth Ltd, Falcon House, Eagle Road, Plymouth, PL7 5JY.

Should you forward a complaint to us we will deal with this fairly, effectively and promptly, according to the FCA’s rules on complaint handling and our own internal processes for dealing with complaints. A copy of My Continuum Wealth Limited’s Internal Procedures for the Handling of Complaints is available upon request at any time.

Should you make a complaint which My Continuum Wealth Limited (MCW), upon investigation, does not uphold, then you may not be able to refer said complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This is because you are not MCW’s client. You are the client of Continuum. Details of this service can be found at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/.  You can contact the FOS by sending an email to [email protected] or by ringing them on 0800 023 4567 or 0300 123 9123.  

MCW will also send you a FOS information leaflet, on request.

If you make a valid claim against MCW in respect of the investments we arrange for you and we are unable to meet our liabilities in full, you may be entitled to redress from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Details of the cover provided by the scheme are given in a leaflet which we will send you at your request.
